About Us

WE'RE A TEAM OF THINKERS, TINKERS, AND INVENTORS

About Project Genius

Our Austin-based office is brimming with creative ideas, dogs, bad jokes, and spontaneous pun-offs. We love making products that are mentally stimulating and fun to discover. The satisfaction of cracking the code or getting all-of-the pieces to fall into place is simply unmatched, and we love being part of that experience.

HOW WE STARTED

Founded in 2009 by Brandi Pinsker and Stephanie Trammell, Project Genius creates puzzles and games that are as focused on beauty as they are brilliance.

Our puzzles are built to intrigue, challenge and occasionally stump (but we always provide solutions). Everything we make has a timeless look and feel and is wrapped in luxe packaging that makes a delightful gift.

WOMAN-OWNED AND AUSTIN-BASED

Project Genius is a woman-owned and run business. Being an active member of the Austin Autism community, we celebrate inclusion and equal opportunities. We encourage and support all experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, levels of ability, and cultures to be a part of our team.

WE’RE HONORED

Project Genius has seen record growth in recent years, despite uncertain times.  We are proud to have been named a Fast 50 Company by the Austin Business Journal- an honor recognizing the fastest growing private companies in Central Texas!
